Discovering Wetlands

This Ecolinc wetland was constructed around a medium-sized eucalypt. A tree of this size provides an important habitat next to a wetland. It gives many differently sized birds a place to rest after they feed around the wetland. A tree such as this is also the permanent home of many small animals including spiders and insects.
