Hydrogeologist

An hydrogeologist measuring the salinity (salt concentration) of the Mortola Spring in Italy. Hydrogeology is a branch of geology that examines the way water interacts with geological systems. Hydrogeologists use geological maps, and samples of underground and surface water to build a detailed picture of how water flows through porous rocks underground.
