White-plumed honeyeater

White-plumed honeyeater

White-plumed honeyeaters are common in towns and cities. The natural habitat of the white-plumed honeyeater is the river red gum. They use this eucalypt to nest in, as well as to rest in, eating insects and licking nectar from flowers using their brush-tipped tongues.
