Design Thinking for the STEM Primary Classroom - Professional Learning Day

On Thursday 21st May & Tuesday 26th May 2020, Ecolinc will organise a 2 day Workshop on Design Thinking for the STEM Primary Classroom

This two day professional learning program is suitable for primary teachers who are interested in understanding in greater depth the design thinking process and applying design thinking in their own learning contexts.

Day 1:
Understand and unpack the Design Theory process, ideation and methodology. Participants will undertake a series of ‘hands on’ workshops incorporating design thinking and hear from a range of experts on how they use design thinking.
Day 2:
Participants will engage in further design thinking workshops; brainstorm year level specific challenges based on the Victorian Curriculum; and develop a unit of work incorporating design thinking.
